Good news! The blueprint to achieve happiness has never been more simple to learn and practice daily thanks to the latest research in neuroscience. We now understand how the human brain functions, the chemicals responsible for increasing feelings of happiness and how to create new pathways in the brain to “wire” our brains for happiness.

In this free HAPPINESS EXPERIENCE you will receive five short videos that introduce each simple “happiness habit” with a fun activity to accompany each skill. This Happiness Experiment is designed for children, teens, adults and educators who desire more happiness in their lives, whether it be at home, school or work.

I'm thrilled to be your host throughout this 5-day HAPPINESS Virtual Event!

My passion is teaching mindfulness practices based on the latest research in neuroscience and positive psychology. I strongly believe that if we teach essential life skills, starting at a young age, we can change the world. After all, a peaceful world begins with inner peace. 

This 5-day experiment highlights all five Happiness Hacks from Shawn Anchor's research. We will practice a new habit daily. Can't wait to get this party started!
