Renee Metty, M.Ed

Renee Metty, M.ED is a Generation Wellness Trainer, the founder of a mindfulness-based preschool, and a leadership development coach. She is a former educator with experience from preschool through 8th grade, believing in the power of building enduring relationships and using the strength of connection to positively change the world for humans.

After creating her Seattle-based preschool, Cove School, and identifying the need and interest from parents to bring mindfulness into their homes and to their workplaces, Renee has expanded her coaching into schools and organizations around the world, guiding staff in simple wellbeing practices, leadership strategies, and creating positive, engaged organizational culture.  She is currently pursuing her PhD in Business Psychology focusing on the intersection of coaching, mindfulness, and leadership.
